By accessing or using the Service provided by Aiklyra ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of the Service
Our Service includes a website, mobile application, and an API that analyzes conversation data and generates behavioral graphs. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. User Obligations

    Account Accuracy:
    If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
    Lawful Use:
    You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
    Prohibited Activities:
    You must not misuse the Service or attempt to bypass any security measures. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data you are not authorized to view, distributing malicious code, or interfering with other users’ experience.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, data, and materials provided through the Service, including the behavioral graphs and analysis results, are the intellectual property of Aiklyra or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. Aiklyra disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aiklyra be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed any amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.
